Not Custom Order

When you receive shoes, please try the shoe at house inside. If the shoes are not fit well, please let us know it first. And then the shoes will be unworn and are returned in salable condition with the packaging box. When you return the shoes, you need to be responsible to send them back to us. After make yours new, we will send them to you on our charge of shipping.

We refund if the customer wants. But the freight charge is not refunded at all.

Custom Order

Custom Order is not fully refunded. The customer get a refund in less amount. It depends on the shoes condition and their own specialty. The freight charge is not refunded at all.
